NVC Practice Sessions - 8 Week Duration

In these stimulating and engaging practice sessions, we will explore the power we have to positively transform our relationships through communication. During the weekly sessions, participants will practice the four-step NVC communication model and learn more advanced aspects of NVC. These sessions feature structured lessions segments along with open dialogue opportunities to further integrate and advance your NVC skills. Facilitated by Rachelle Lamb, Certified NVC Trainer and facilitator team.

"The practice session lead by Rachelle was a transformative experience for me. She was able to take the NVC learnings from previous seminars and assist the group to incorporate the approach into our everyday lives. The small group would open with a focus on an NVC approach (i.e. needs, feelings, compassion etc) and then we would break into practice teams, with heavy emphasis on practice.
