Communicating effectively and navigating conflict skillfully doesn’t happen overnight. Most of us have had very little exposure to positive role models.

Consequently, we resort to all kinds of maladaptive strategies that only makes matters worse: we blame, we sulk, we rage, we attack, we deny, we hide, we shut down .. we do almost anything we can to avoid real relating and engagement.

Real relating is scary. It requires that we fully show up. It’s not easy and most of us can’t do it on our own. I can help.
